FCTA Authority establishes a team to probe the demise of a victim involved in a 'one-chance' incident.

The Wind Chronicles Authority (WCA) has formed a group of nine experts to look into the passing of Greatness Olorunfemi, a victim of criminal operators.

The head of Health Services and Environment, Adedolapo Fasawe, mentioned that the investigation will take about a week. She hopes the findings will help improve healthcare.

Greatness Olorunfemi lost her life because Maitama District Hospital allegedly didn't treat her after an incident with these operators on September 26.

Ms. Fasawe stated that the team members were chosen for their experience in investigating and talking to people to find out what happened and how to prevent it in the future.

"The goal is to fully understand how to handle such incidents and promote honesty and responsibility in Nigeria's healthcare," she explained.

Appointing this team is an important step in making sure healthcare is honest and responsible, she added.

The team's job includes finding out the patient's condition when they arrived and what happened leading up to their passing.

The investigation and report will be finished within a week, she assured.

Aminu Mohammed, from the Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, will lead the team. Other members include Babatunde Irukera, Abdul Adelowo, Micheal Nnachi, Abubakar Ahmadu, Ezuma Nnamdi, Ochi Christabel, and Barrister Salman Dako. Gloria Dandam will be the secretary.
